Refund & License Policy

At Syto.io, we create and sell high-quality digital UI components, templates, and frontend assets. Because our products are delivered instantly as digital downloads, our refund and license policies are designed to be simple, fair, and compliant with Paddle's Buyer Terms.

1. License Policy

When you purchase a product from Syto.io, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it under the terms outlined below.

✅ Allowed

• Use the product in unlimited personal and commercial projects.
• Modify or customize the code and design files to fit your needs.
• Use Syto assets in client work, provided the client does not receive raw source files.

❌ Not Allowed

• Resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense the product or its source code — even if modified.
• Upload Syto components to public repositories, file-sharing sites, or design/code libraries.
• Include Syto assets in competing products (UI kits, template packs, builders, etc.).
• Share Syto downloads or license access outside your organization or client scope.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate license termination and legal action.

⚙️ Ownership

All products, designs, and code remain the exclusive intellectual property of Syto.io.
Your purchase grants usage rights only.

2. Team License

A Team License is required for multiple users within one organization.

Team License Rules

• Allows access for up to 25 employees or contractors.
• Files may only be shared internally with approved team members.
• Team members may use products only for company or approved client work.
• Assets may not be used for personal side projects.
• Files may not be distributed, resold, or shared externally.
• Assets may not be used to create competing UI kits, template packs, or builder tools.

3. Refund Policy

If you are a Consumer, and unless the exception below applies, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of completing the transaction without giving any reason.

To cancel your order, you must notify us within the 14-day period:
support@syto.io

We will acknowledge your cancellation request and issue a full refund, provided the exception below does not apply.

4. Access & Updates

Depending on your purchase:

• You may receive lifetime access or limited-period updates.
• Syto may modify, update, or discontinue products at any time.
• Updates will be delivered through your Syto account or email.

5. No Warranties

All products are provided "as is."
Syto.io does not warrant performance, compatibility, or fitness for a particular purpose.
Please review product details before purchasing.

6. Termination

If you violate this License or Refund Policy:

• Your license may be revoked immediately.
• Access to downloads and updates may be suspended.
• You must delete all copies of Syto products in your possession.
