Welcome to Syto.io ("Syto", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Syto website, products, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By purchasing, downloading, or using any product from Syto, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

1. Overview

Syto provides digital UI components, templates, and design tools (the "Products") for developers and designers. All Products are provided under license — you are purchasing the right to use them, not ownership of the code or design assets.

2. License Grant

Upon purchase, Syto grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Product under the terms below:

✅ You May:

• Use the Product in unlimited personal or commercial projects.
• Modify or customize the Product to fit your needs.
• Use the Product for client work, provided the client does not receive the source files directly.

❌ You May NOT:

• Resell, redistribute, share, or sublicense the Product, source code, or any derivative work — whether modified or unmodified.
• Include any part of Syto Products in an open-source, template, or UI kit.
• Use Syto components to build or distribute a competing product (e.g., another component library, template store, builder, or design system).
• Post or share download links, repositories, or copies of the code publicly.
• Transfer your license to another person or organization without written permission from Syto.

Any violation of these terms will result in immediate license termination and potential legal action for infringement.

3. Ownership

All Products, designs, code, text, and related intellectual property are and remain the sole property of Syto. You obtain a license to use the assets, but no ownership or intellectual property rights are transferred to you.

You may not claim any of the Products or derived works as your own.

4. Payments

All purchases are processed securely through third-party payment processors such as Stripe or similar platforms. Syto does not store or process any payment card information.

All prices are listed in USD (or as displayed) and are subject to change without notice.

5. Refund Policy

Because our Products are digital and instantly accessible, all sales are final and non-refundable.

Exceptions may be made solely at Syto's discretion in the case of duplicate charges or verified technical issues that prevent access to purchased files.

6. Product Updates

Depending on the license type, you may receive free updates for a limited time or lifetime access. Syto reserves the right to modify or discontinue any Product without notice.

7. Termination of License

Syto reserves the right to revoke your license and access to Products if:

• You breach any of these Terms, or
• Engage in resale, redistribution, or any form of license abuse.

Upon termination, you must immediately delete all copies of the Products from your systems and stop all use.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

All Products are provided "as is", without any warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Products will be error-free or suitable for your specific purpose.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Syto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

Syto's total liability shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the Product.

10. Confidentiality

All source code, design assets, and files provided by Syto are considered confidential and proprietary. You may not publicly share or distribute these materials in any way.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of the jurisdiction of Syto's operation, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be handled in an appropriate court of competent jurisdiction chosen by Syto.
